Appearance
Account and billing
Reached from your name, in the account menu. Most of this is the account holder's territory.
My Account
Your organisation's details: name, logo, address, phone, email and website.
These details appear on every document you export
The letterhead on a PDF, a print or a reading-mode preview is built from what is held here. If a printed report shows the wrong phone number, this is where it is wrong — not in the export. See Taking data away.
The email is the one worth checking first: it is the address a customer replies to when they query a figure on a document you sent them.
Your website, and Trackapt's, are different links
The website held here is your organisation's, and it is what your letterhead shows. Links that describe the software itself — what Trackapt is, where to get it — point at the product's own site instead, so a deployment wearing your brand still has somewhere honest to send a reader.

Modules
Which of the optional modules are switched on. Modules is a sidebar entry, not part of the account menu, and it is there only for the account holder on an installation your organisation runs itself. See Turning modules on.
Contact, Help and the guide
Three entries sit in the main sidebar rather than the account menu:
- Contact reaches support.
- Help is the short in-app orientation.
- User Guide opens this documentation site.
Help and the guide sit side by side rather than one replacing the other — Help answers a quick question in place, the guide is the full manual. A deployment that publishes no documentation shows no guide entry, rather than a dead one.
What only the account holder can do
The account holder is a single identity, not a clearance level. Admin clearance does not stand in for it.
Reserved to the account holder
---
Billing and payment
Switching modules on and off
Approving a stage that names no approver
Deleting an approved or out-of-window form entry
Editing a form that names no department and no signers
Seeing an attendance worker who has no supervisor named
The deletion exemption is the one worth understanding. Without it, an entry approved in error would be permanent, with its wrong figures on every dashboard and nothing in the system that could withdraw them. The confirmation names exactly what is being overridden, and the deletion is recorded either way.
